Shooting Star Creamery is a smaller company that began with the hope of inspiring a younger generation to take up the art of creating delicious artisan cheese. They share a location with Central Coast Creamery which has served as a great mentor and advisor to the cheese that they produce. This half sheep milk, half cow milk gouda will leave you starstruck! Aged for a minimum of 3 months, this gouda style cheese has notes of nuts, olives, and fresh herbs.
