You can’t go to a cheese shop in Wisconsin without running into a Carr Valley cheese. Sid is notorious for his playfulness and inventiveness in cheesemaking.  Marisa is a semi-firm sheep’s milk cheese named after Sid’s daughter. The flavors are simple, bright, and full of fresh sheep’s milk flavor with notes of vanilla and hazelnut. Definitely a crowd pleaser, this is a great option for customers who are used to the sheep’s milk flavor of Manchego but want to try something different.
