Briana is a semi-firm cheese, with a washed rind that is semi-soft, fresh, and sweet. It is carefully aged for 90 days to develop a wonderfully complex flavor. Because Jacobs and Brichford use the freshest milk from their own grass-fed cows, their specialty cheeses have a delicious flavor unique to their farm. Their cheeses are hand crafted with care, using their own specially-developed artisan recipes and the freshest grass-fed ingredients.
