Specialty Cheeses

Coastal has been developed to appeal to the consumer demand for rich, rugged and mature cheddars. Aged on the Dorset Coast, Coastal is often characterised with a distinctive crunch – a result of the calcium lactate crystals which form naturally in the cheese as it matures. Coastal was first launched in 2000.  It is widely available in the UK but has really stolen the show in North America.
