Ewenique is made with 100% California sheep’s milk, an old favorite that has been re-vamped. It is a gouda-style cheese with notes of fresh cream up front and a finish of warm vanilla, caramel and spiced tea. Rich, creamy and sweet with a slight hint of citrus to contrast the savory sheep’s milk.
