Buenalba Vino Blanco is an artisan cheese made from raw sheep’s milk and white wine. This cheese was created at the request of an American client who wanted a Spanish wine-flavored cheese that wasn’t purple. Wine made from Airen varietal is added to the milk resulting in a slightly acidic and lactic flavor.
